摘要
为研究不同益生素水平对断奶獭兔生长性能、消化率及腹泻率等方面的影响,将60只35日龄断奶獭兔随机分为4个处理,每处理3个重复,每个重复5只獭兔,各处理分别为基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+0.25g/kg益生素(试验Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+0.5g/kg益生素(试验Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+0.75g/kg益生素(试验Ⅲ组)。预试期5d,正试期60d。研究结果表明:(1)试验Ⅰ组平均日增质量比对照组提高9.69%(P<0.05),料重比与对照组相比降低7.63%(P<0.05)。腹泻率比对照组下降54.55%(P<0.05),试验组间腹泻率差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)各试验组半净膛率、全净膛率与免疫器官指数与对照组差异不显著。(3)试验Ⅰ组粗蛋白、粗纤维、干物质和磷消化率分别比对照组提高4.95%(P<0.05)、3.29%(P<0.05)、4.74%(P<0.05)、5.28%(P<0.05)。各试验组粗脂肪、粗灰分和钙表观消化率与对照组差异不显著。根据上述结果可知,营养物质表观消化率以试验Ⅰ组为最高。因此,添加适量的益生素能够提高断奶獭兔平均日增质量、营养物质表观消化率,降低腹泻率,益生素最佳添加水平为0.25g/kg。
60 weaned rex rabbits with age of 35 days were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 3 replicates in each treatment and 5 rex rabbits per replicate to study the effects of multi-enzyme level on their growth performances, diarrhea incidences and nutrient availabilities and the optimal level of pro- biotics. The formal experiment of feeding lasted 60 days and the adjustment period was 5 days. Four treatments were basal diet (control),basal diet +0.25 g/kg probiotics(Group Ⅰ ), basal diet +0.5 g/kg probiotics (Group Ⅱ ), basal diet +0. 75 g/kg probiotics (Group Ⅲ ), respectively. Results showed that. (1) Compared with control group, the daily gains in 0.25 g/kg level of probiotics im- proved by 9.69% (P〈0.05),feed conversion reduced by 7. 63%(P〈0.05)and diarrhea incidences reduced by 54.55%(P〈0.05). The differences of diarrhea incidence between experiment groups were not significant(P〉0.05). (2) The differences of percentages of half-evisceration and evisceration and index of immune organs between experiment groups and control group were not significant(P〉0.05). (3) Compared with control group, the nutrient apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fiber, dry material and P in 0.25 g/kg level of probiotics improved by 4.95 % (P〈0.05),3. 29%(P〈0. 05), 4.74% (P〈0.05) and 5. 28% (P〈0. 05), respectively, and all differences of the nutrient apparentdigestibility of crude fat, crude ash and Ca between treat groups and control group were not signifi- cant. Based on above results,it was concluded that probioties can improve average daily gain and nu- trient apparent digestibility and reduced diarrhea incidences of weaned rex rabbit. The optimal level of probiotics was 0.25 g/kg.
