肘关节恐怖三联征的护理指导

摘要 目的探讨对肘关节恐怖三联征的手术患者进行科学的护理指导,提高患者的治疗效果。方法对30例发生"恐怖三联征"损伤的手术患者进行围手术期的护理和术后的康复护理训练。结果本组所有患者均得到随访,随访时间6～25个月。患者骨折均愈合;肘关节屈伸平均为125°;前臂旋转平均为122°;Mayo肘关节能力评分:优9例,良13例,可6例,差2例,优良率73.3%。结论对肘关节恐怖三联征的手术患者进行科学的护理指导,提高患者的依从性,纠正围手术期及康复训练过程中的思想波动和行动中的错误,可提高手术成功率。
