活体肾移植供者术后心理体验的质性研究

摘要 目的了解捐献一个肾脏供者术后真实心理体验和需求,为临床护理提供依据,为将来的器官捐献者提供真实、具体信息。方法采用现象学研究方法,深入访谈11名活体捐献肾脏的供者,将获得的资料用Colaizzi法分析整理。结果活体捐献肾脏供者的术后心理体验提炼为三大主题:心理反应、生理反应、社会反应。结论活体肾移植供者术后经历了特殊的心理体验,护理人员应充分评估其心理历程,精心、耐心、细心护理,在供者康复过程中提供必要支持,进而提高其生活质量。
