摘要
目的评估日间手术患者术前信息识别方案的有效性,为构建有效的、实用的患者信息识别方案提供实证依据。方法回顾性分析应用患者信息识别方案术前核查17 620例患者的临床资料,分析方案应用过程中发现的问题。结果错误患者手术例数为0,但有14例患者身份识别过程中存在较大的安全隐患,其中,患者未佩戴腕带、腕带信息/导诊单信息与知情同意书不一致发生频率最高。结论通过构建正确、实用的手术患者识别方案,可提高手术室护士对病人识别的正确率,同时,可以杜绝错误手术患者的发生。
Objective To study the effectiveness of patients identification protocol in ambulatory surgery,and to provide the reference for effective practical protocol. Method The clinical data of 17620 days surgery cases by patients identification protocol were reviewed,the existing problems for applying the patients identification protocol was analyzed. Result There was no wrong patients surgery.But there were 14 cases with Security risks during patients identification protocol.Among them,the higher incidence was not wearing wristband,information in the wristband inconsistent with informed consent. Conclusions It is helpful to reduce the stress of patientsidentification by establishing correct and practical patients identification protocol,and to avoid the wrong surgery.
