摘要
以南京市三汊河河口闸管理处综合管理信息系统为例,基于管理需求,研究在已有信息化系统基础上整合、提升而建成的综合管理信息系统。综合信息管理系统的总体框架可划分为数据采集与监控系统、数据中心共享平台、应用支撑平台、业务应用系统、运行环境等5个层次,详细分析业务应用系统中数据查询、三汊河河口闸工程管理、外秦淮河调水管理、单位内部管理等子系统具体实现的功能。综合信息管理系统的建成可实现综合管理、资源共享和信息安全快速传递,对水管单位通过以信息化带动水利现代化的发展具有较好的现实意义。
Based on management needs, this paper researches on comprehensive management information system which is integrated and upgraded on the existing information system, for the example of Nanjing Sanchahe Estuary Sluice Management Office one' s. The overall framework of comprehensive information management system can be divided into five levels, the data collection and monitoring systems, data center sharing platform, application supporting platform, business application systems, operating environment, etc. Then this paper analyzes thoroughly of the specific functions implemented of the business application system, including data query, Sanchahe Estuary Sluice project management, diversion management of outward Qinhuai River water, unit internal management subsystems. The comprehensive information management system is built to achieve integrated management, resource sharing, rapid and security transmission of information. The complement of this system has practical significance to the development of Water conservancy modernization by means of informatization.
