摘要
为配合"低碳、生态、智慧、宜居"的官塘新城总体规划,提出了生态排水建设的规划思路。该规划采用国外成熟的低影响开发经验和洪水风险评估技术,综合考虑雨水利用、污染物源头控制、城市绿色廊道、超标准洪水泄流途径以及城市用地优化,提出了官塘新城水系和生态排水工程布置方案。同时,编制了生态排水建设规划以及配合实施的设计、施工、维护和管理指南,为生态理念在建设过程中的实施提供了可操作的技术和管理依据。
The ecological drainage construction plan idea was proposed to coordinate the Guantang new town planning with low-carbon, ecology, wisdom and livable environment concepts. This plan adopt- ed foreign mature experience of low-impact development and flood risk assessment techniques. The Guan- tang new town drainage works were arranged with considering rainwater utilization, pollutant source con- trol, urban green corridor, extraordinary flood discharge channels and optimization of urban land use. The ecological drainage construction plan and the guidelines for the design, construction, maintenance and management were compiled to provide technical and operational management basis for implementation of the ecological concept in the construction process.
