摘要
工作繁荣指个体在工作中产生活力和学习体验,是个体成长和进步的标志。从积极组织行为学的角度看,员工工作繁荣对于个体和组织都有重要意义,但国内相关研究十分缺乏。本文基于文献综述,从内涵、与相关概念的关系及测量等方面对工作繁荣概念进行了介绍和分析;然后,根据工作繁荣社会嵌入模型,阐述了工作繁荣的形成前因,并分析了其影响结果;最后,对未来的研究方向进行了探讨。
Thriving at work refers to an individual's experience of vitality and learning in the workplace and marks individual growth and progress. Thriving at work is of great importance to both of individuals and organizations from the perspective of positive organizational behavior, but related domestic studies are scarce. Based on a review of the literature, this paper analyzes the concept of thri- ving at work in aspects such as the connotation, the relationship between thriving at work and related concepts and the measurement. Then according to a socially embedded model in regard to thriving at work,it states the antecedents and effects of thriving at work. Finally it discusses the directions in fu- ture research.
