摘要
目的观察艾灸关元、足三里穴对更年期雌性大鼠血脂含量、性激素水平及脑组织中caspase-3表达的影响,探讨保健灸法干预衰老的作用机制。方法 SD雌性大鼠42只,其中3月龄14只,为青年组,10月龄28只,随机分为更年期对照组和更年期保健灸组。采用ELISA法观察各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)含量的变化;采用免疫组化法检测脑组织中caspase-3蛋白的表达水平。结果与对照组比较,保健灸组血清中TC、TG、LDL-C含量下降,HDL-C含量升高;E2含量升高,FSH、LH含量下降;脑组织caspase-3蛋白表达水平下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸关元、足三里穴可有效调节更年期大鼠雌性激素的分泌水平,改善脂质代谢,抑制脑组织中caspase-3的表达,延缓衰老的发生。
Objective Observe the effect of health - care moxibustion on blood lipid, sex hormone contents and caspase - 3 expression of menopause rats to discuss the mechanism of health - care moxibustion for anti - aging. Methods 42 SD female rats, of which there are 14 rats in youth group ,28 rats in 10 moons＇age group. Randomly divide them into control group and health - care moxibustion group. After two months of experiment, test the content of the rat serum total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG） ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C） , high - density [ipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C） , estradiol （ E2 ） , follicle - stimulating hormone （ FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） content and the expression level of caspase - 3 protein. Results Compared with control group, the content of serum TC,TG, LDL - C, FSH, LH down, HDL - C, E2 content rise and expression level of caspase - 3 protein in brain tissue significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Applying moxibustion on Guanyuan （RN4） and Zusanli（ ST36 ） can effectively regulate hormone secretion, improve lipid metabolism and restrain apoptosis by regulating caspase -3 expression to delay senescence.
