摘要
随着项目管理模式被越来越多地应用到图书馆各项工作中,图书馆传统的职能管理模式受到了一定的挑战。顺德职业技术学院图书馆在实践了项目管理模式的基础上,融合传统的职能管理模式,重新构划、提出了"职能—项目"复合管理模式并将其付诸实践。针对该模式的不足,图书馆应通过职能界定和绩效考核等手段积极实现职能部门和项目团队的无缝衔接。
With the project management mode is more and more applied to every work of libraries, the traditional function management mode of libraries is faced with certain challenges. Based on practices of the project management mode, Shunde Vocational Technical College Library has integrated the traditional function management mode, restructured and proposed the ＂function-project＂ compound management mode and put it into practice. According to shortcomings of the ＂function-project＂ compound management mode, libraries should realize the seamless connection between functional departments and project teams actively through methods of the function classification and the performance evaluation.
