急性一氧化碳中毒继发肢体深静脉血栓的治疗

摘要 目的:探讨急性一氧化碳中毒继发肢体深静脉血栓的治疗效果。方法:对13例(17条肢体)急性一氧化碳中毒继发肢体深静脉血栓的患者进行降纤、抗凝等药物治疗,1例手术取栓并放置下腔静脉滤器。结果:治疗后患者肢体疼痛、肿胀减轻,血浆纤维蛋白原含量降低,治疗前后肢体血栓有显著性差异。结论:急性一氧化碳中毒继发肢体深静脉血栓比较少见,经降纤、抗凝、手术治疗有效。
