摘要
本文介绍了2000年世界卫生报告的主要内容及其出台的背景。WHO在该报告中提出了一个分析国家卫生系统的新框架。卫生系统应有三个主要目标和四个主要功能用以判别卫生系统的工作绩效 ,并创造了一个“绩效指数”来进行各国间的比较研究。
The paper introduces the main contents and background of 2000 world health report.WHO has proposed a new framework which includes three main goals and four functions of Health system to eualuate the performance. And it alse creates a “performance widex” to do comparative study between member countries.
