摘要
目的探寻对特殊人群-聋哑患者的优质护理在术后恢复室(PACU)的应用效果。方法通过术前干预,分析PACU聋哑患者的心理、生理、护理需求,在优质护理的管理模式指导下,采取相应的护理措施和技巧。结果针对聋哑患者的人性化管理使麻醉苏醒期聋哑患者的心理和生理处于最佳状态。结论对聋哑人的优质护理,注重尊重其人格,在平等和谐气氛中满足患者的心理和生理需求,同时通过娴熟的护理技术让聋哑患者的护理需求也得到满足,增强患者满意度和信任度,减少并发症的发生,保证苏醒期的安全。
Objective To investigate the effects of quality nursing for the special populations of deaf patient in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), Methods Preoperative intervention was used to identify the needs of deaf patients in PACU in psychology, physiology and nursing. And relevant nursing measures and skills were taken under the guidance of quality nursing. Results The humanized management to deaf patients made them both psychology and physiology in best conditions during the recovery period of anesthesia. Conclusions In an equal and harmonious atmosphere, the quality nursing and the emphasize on respect for deaf patients meet their needs both in psychology and physiology, at the same time, the accomplished nursing skills meet their nursing needs, enhance their satisfaction and trust, reduce the complications, and ensure the safety in recovery phase.
