剖宫产术后42天子宫切口愈合不良的讨论分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨剖宫产术后42d子宫切口愈合不良的原因和防治措施。方法对2010年12月至2012年12月在我院施行剖宫产术的1522例产妇术后42d做健康检查,常规进行妇科检查、血尿常规的检查及阴式彩超的检查等,了解剖宫产术后42d产妇全身恢复情况及子宫切口愈合情况。结果术后42d子宫切口愈合不良的病例为159例,发生率为10.4%。结论做好孕产妇的健康保健工作,严格掌握剖宫产术的手术指征,降低无指征剖宫产率,严格无菌操作观念和遵守操作常规,严格避孕,降低剖宫产术后意外妊娠的发生率。
