摘要
目的探讨细胞因子与血压昼夜节律的相关性。方法将84例高血压病患者分为杓型组35例,非杓型组49例,分别测定血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ-干拢素(IFN-γ),集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)水平。结果非杓型组与杓型组比较,TNF-α、IL-6、CSF-1明显升高,IFN-γ明显降低;血压夜间下降与IFN-γ正相关,与TNF-α、IL-6、CSF-1负相关。多元线性回归分析,TNF-α、IL-6、CSF-1与夜间血压下降直线相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of cytokines and circadian blood pressure. Methods 84 patients with essential hypertension were divided into dipper group of 35 cases, 49 cases of non-dipper group were measured in serum itumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), nterleukin -6 (IL-6), T-jamming prime (IFN-y), colony stimulating factor -1 (CSF-1) levels. Results The non-dipper group dipper group comparison, TNF-a, IL-6, CSF-1 was significantly higher, IFN-y is significantly reduced; nighttime drop in blood pressure associated with TNF-a, IL-6, CSF-1 negative positively correlated with IFN-y. Multiple linear regression analysis, IL-6, TNF-a, CSF-1 and nighttime blood pressure decreased linear correlation. Conclusion Cytokines involved in the circadian rhythm regulator of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.
