摘要
采用Al-TiO2-B2O3和Al-CuO两种放热体系,相同的陶瓷骨料和工艺制备反应热喷涂陶瓷涂层,通过物相分析,截面形貌观察,磨粒磨损和粘着磨损(干磨、油磨)分析放热体系对镁合金耐磨性影响。实验结果显示:采用Al-TiO2-B2O3放热体系制备的陶瓷涂层热震性差,涂层结合强度较低,磨粒磨损和粘着磨损性能均不如Al-CuO放热体系陶瓷涂层。
This paper concentrates studies of exothermic chemical system on wear resistance of ceramic coating prepared by thermal - spraying method with the same aggregates. By comparing Cross - section, XRD, thermal - shock resistance, abrasive - resistance and adhesive - resistance ( dry - friction and oil friction) respectively, statistics show that ceramic coating with Al -TiO2 - B2O3 exhibits worse thermal - shock resistance and less cohesiveness, which weakens its wear - resistance compared with ceramic coating contained Al - CuO exothermic chemical system.
