摘要
目的 :探讨哮喘患儿血清一氧化氮 ( NO)、一氧化氮合酶 ( NOS)的变化及意义。方法 :采用化学比色法测定 6 1例哮喘患儿及 2 0例正常健康儿童血清 NO、NOS水平。结果 :哮喘急性发作期患儿血清 NO、NOS均显著高于正常对照组 ,其中 NO以单纯哮喘组较哮喘并肺炎组升高更著。缓解期 NO、 NOS均降至正常。结论 :NO、
Objective:To Study the variation and significance of serum nitric oxide (NO),nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in children with asthmaMethods:With chemical colorimetric method,serum NO,NOS concentrations were measured in 61 asthmatic patients and 20 normal childrenResults:NO,NOS concentrations in acute period were markedly elevated than those in controls,especially the levels of NO in the patients with asthma alone was tangibly higher than that of asthma with pneumoniaBoth NO and NOS levels were decreased in convalescenceConclusion:NO,NOS may play an important role in the pathogenesis of Asthma
