摘要
目的 :评价 Q开关 Nd:YAG激光对不理想眼线文饰的疗效。 方法 :以质量分数描述疗前疗后不理想眼线文饰的表现 ,以积分下降比率确定疗效。 结果 :82例求治者治疗前总积分 (36 7分 )与治疗一次后总积分 (2 0 8分 ) 82例最后痊愈 :2 3例 ,显效 :5 1例 ,无效 :8例。经统计学处理 ,差异有显著性意义 (t=3.6 5 P<0 .0 0 1)。激光能量大小的选择、接受治疗次数与眼线的颜色有关。 结论 :Q开关
Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of failed eyeline tattoo treated by Q switched,frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser Methods:Describe the appearance of failed eyeline tattoo pre and posttreatment with quality cumulative scoring and determined curative effect according to the rate of the decline of quality cumulative scoring Results:23 patients achieved a complete improvement,51 patients received a marked improvement,the remaining six patients showed minimal improvement and two patients had no improement Conclusion:The Q switched,frequency doubled Nd:YAG laser is effective for removal of eyeline tattoo The findings show that the selection of energy densities depends on the shade of colour of eyeline tattoo and the frequency of treatment is also related with the shade of colour of eyeline tattoo
