摘要
目的:了解我院抗高血压的用药情况,提高该类药物的用药合理性。方法:抽查我院1998年心内科住院病历137份,记录抗高血压药物使用目录,采用DDD分析法,分析用药频度与药物费用。结果:硝苯地平的用药频次最多,在用药品种上,钙拮抗剂出现的频率最大。结论:我院抗高血压的药物使用基本合理。
Objective: To raise the rationality drug utilization of antihypertensives. Methods: 137 rnedcial records of inpa-tients were analyzed with DDD methods. Results: The major antihypertensives were calcium antagonists accounting for 77. 4 % of all prescibed antihypertensives. Of them, the using frequency of nifedipine was highest. Conclusion: The use of antihypertensives were rational on the whole.
