摘要
目的 :对急性缺血性脑血管病患者的脑电图进行动态分析 ,以评价脑电图在该病的应用价值。方法 :采用 SW-JH2 0 0 0 AR智能化脑电监护仪 ,对 42例急性脑梗死治疗前后进行 EEG监测 ,按冯应琨《临床脑电图学》的诊断标准进行分析。结果 :脑电图基本节律异常 41例 ,病侧慢波优势 31例 ,早期脑电图异常较 CT敏感。脑电图异常程度与病变部位、病灶大小及病情轻重呈相关关系。结论 :脑电病理波的出现及改变程度有助于急性缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断、病灶定位、病情观察及预后判断。
Objectives:To analysis the change of EEG in acute ischemia cerebrovascular diseases, and estimate the roles of EEG in such diseases Methods:EEG ambulatory monitored in 42 patients with acute cerebral infarction by SW JH2000AR intelligentized electroencepha logical monitor instrument The EEG change before and after of treatment were analyzed by diagnosis standard of Clinical Electroencephaloy written by Fong Yingkun Results:41 patients showed abnormal EEG basic rhythm and 31 patients had predominant slow waves on the diseased hemisphere Early abnormal EEG was more sensitive than CT The degree of abnormal EEG change was correlated to location ,sizes and severity of the lesion Conclusion:Pathological EEG waves are helpful judges in early diagnosis,localisation,inyensive care,and prognosis of acute ischemia cerebrovascular diseases
