摘要
本文阐述了以电力为中心开发能源工业的趋势。文章指出,为了实现电力先行、电力弹性系数大于1的要求,一方面应该增加电力供给,另一方面也要抑制过热的电力需求。文章还对电源建设、电网优化以及全国电网的联网等技术政策问题提出了具体意见和建议。
This paper deals with the development of energy industris with electric power as center, the acceleration of the development of power industies and the adjustement of industrial structure to limit the consumption.Suggestions are made about the constructions of power plants and networks, especially the planning of nation-wide interconnections.
