摘要
基于WRMM模型应用于干旱区枯水年水资源配置存在的问题,本文针对WRMM模型中罚值设置与水资源分水政策关系不明确的缺陷,通过对WRMM模型中罚值系统的分析和研究,阐明了基于费用最小原理的单一入流条件下的供水政策与罚值的关系,初步探明了罚值定量办法,并应用于某一小流域。结果表明:该方法应用效果良好,对于WRMM模型应用中参数确定具有重要参考意义。
There is some problems in application of WRMM model to water resource allocation in arid re- gion in dry years. Aimed at the problem that the relationship between the penalty of WRMM model and water resources policy is not clear, through the analysis and study of penalty of WRMM model, the paper clarified the relationship between water allocation and penalty based on the principle of minimum cost un- der the condition of single inflow and further probed the quantity method of penalty witch is applied to a small watershed. The results is that the application effect is good, the method has important reference value for the determination of parameters in the future application of WRMM model.
