摘要
目的观察乳腺癌根治术患者围术期网织红细胞参数及血小板参数的变化。方法回顾性分析本院收治的50例乳腺癌患者和32例健康志愿者的临床资料,采用流式细胞仪分别对健康志愿者和乳腺癌根治术患者放化疗前后的网织红细胞参数(RET%、HFR%、MFR%)和血小板数(PLT)、白细胞数(WBC)进行测定及比较。结果乳腺癌组患者化疗前RET%、MFR%和PLT、WBC与健康对照组患者比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),HFR%显著高于对照组(P<0.05);放疗后第14天乳腺癌患者RET%、HFR%、MFR%和PLT、WBC均显著低于放疗前(P<0.05),而放疗后第3、7天HFR%、MFR%均显著低于放疗前(P<0.05);放疗后第28天所有指标恢复至放疗前水平;放疗后第42天HFR%、MFR%持续增高,显著高于放疗前水平(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌根治术患者围术期网织红细胞参数HFR%、MFR%能灵敏反映骨髓造血功能抑制和恢复的情况,对临床合理用药具有重要的指导价值。
Objective To observe changes of perioperative reticulocyte parameters and platelet parameters in patients with radical mastectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 50 patients with breast cancer and 32 healthy volunteers from our hospital were conducted. Flow cytometry was employed to measure and compare healthy volunteers and patients with breast cancer in terms of reticulocyte parameters fRET%, HFR%, MFR% ） and platelet count （PLT）, and white blood cell count （WBC）. Results Before chemotherapy, RET%, MFR% and PLT, WBC of breast cancer patients were not statistically different from those of the control group （ P 〉 0.05）, and HFR% was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. On the 14th day after radiotherapy, RET%, HFR%, MFR% and PLT, WBC of the breast cancer patients were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy （P 〈 0.05）. On the 3rd and 7th day after radiotherapy, HFR% and MFR% were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy （P 〈0.05）. 28 days after radiotherapy, all indicators tended were restored to the level before radiotherapy. On the 42nd day after radiotherapy, HFR% and MFR% continued to increase, which were significantly higher than the levels before radiotherapy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative reticulocyte parameters such as HFR% and MFR% in patients with radical mastectomy can swiftly reflect the inhibition and recovery of bone marrow function. Thus it is of great significance to the clinical use of drugs.
