摘要
目的:研究术中回收式自身输血在脑膜瘤患者手术中的效果。方法:选择北京天坛医院352例择期脑膜瘤患者,按照术中是否输注异体血分为实验组(采用自体输血292例)和对照组(采用异体输血60例),实验组行术中血液回输,对照组根据术中出血情况输注异体血。比较2组患者术中出血量、总输液量以及术前、术后血红蛋白变化。结果:实验组术中出血量、总输液量和术后血红蛋白下降程度显著低于对照组。结论:回收式自身输血在脑膜瘤患者手术中,能有效减少输液量和血红蛋白的下降,保护患者,是一种有效地节约血源的术中输血方式。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of autologous transfusion salvage on meningioma surgery.Method：A total of 352 patients undergoing elective surgery for intracranial meningiomas in Beijing Tiantan hospital were allocated to the experiment group（autotransfusion,n=292）and the control group（n=60）.In experiment group,the autologous blood retransfusion was given.In control group,the allogeneic blood transfusion was performed considering the intraoperative hemorrhage.All patients were measured intraoperative bleeding,infusion quantity and decreased hemoglobin after operation.Result：Intraoperative bleeding,infusion quantity and decreased hemoglobin after operation in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group.Conclusion：Autologous transfusion salvage reduces the transfusion volume,relieves the reduction of hemoglobin caused by sugury.It could be an effective way to decrease the use of allogenic blood.
