摘要
瓦斯抽采和煤层注水在煤矿安全生产中有着重要的意义,钻孔封孔是瓦斯抽采和煤层注水的关键环节,封孔材料的性能对封孔效果有极大影响。介绍了粘土材料、水泥基材料、高水材料、高分子材料等常用封孔材料的性质及特点,并指出了各类封孔材料存在的不足,重点综述了各封孔材料的应用及研究现状,最后提出了封孔材料目前存在的主要问题并对其发展方向做了展望。
Gas suction and coal seam water infusion have important meaning for coal mine safety production, drilling and sealing are key links of gas suction and coal seam water infusion, the performance of sealing materials has a great impact on the sealing effect. The properties and characteristics of sealing materials such as clay materials, ce- ment-based materials, high-water materials and the polymer materials are introduced, deficiency of sealing materials are also pointed out. In addition, the application and research status of sealing materials are reviewed emphatically. The present main problems and the future development direction of sealing materials are also mentioned.
