摘要
目的探讨鞍区Rathke囊肿的MRI特征及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析7例经手术病理证实的鞍区Rathke囊肿的MRI表现。结果 7例Rathke囊肿中,6例呈圆形或类圆形,1例呈葫芦状,边界清楚;5例位于鞍内,2例位于鞍内及鞍上;3例呈长T1长T2信号,2例呈短T1短T2信号,1例呈短T1长T2信号,1例呈长T1短T2信号;2例见囊内结节,6例囊壁无增强,1例囊壁均匀强化。结论 MRI有助于Rathke囊肿的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the features and the values of MRI in diagnosis of Rathke＇s cleft cysts.Methods MRI imagings of 7 pathologically confirmed Rathke cleft cysts were retrospectively reviewed.Results Among the 7 patients,most of the Rathke＇s cleft cysts （6/7） were round or oval in shape with clear border.Five cases were located intrasellarly,and 2 were located both intrasellarly and suprasellarly.The MRI signals were long T1 and long T2 in 3 patients,short T1 and short T2 in 2 patients,short T1 and long T2 in 1 patient,and long T1 and short T2 in 1 patient.Intracapsular nodules were found in 2 patients.Among the 7 patients who underwent contrast enhanced MRI,6 patients showed no enhancement,and 1 patient was homogeneous enhanced peripherally.Conclusion MRI is good for prostate disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
