摘要
目的 寻找具有可吸收性及良好物理特性的人工合成材料作为视网膜脱离巩膜外加压术填充物。方法 灰兔作视网膜脱离模型 ,以可吸收性化学合成材料磷酸酯—碳酸酯共聚物弹性体或明胶片作为填充物 ,行巩膜外加压术 ,术后 B超测巩膜嵴高度 ,相应时间取眼球作病理检查 ,观察视网膜复位情况及组织相容性。测量其降解率。结果 视网膜平伏、巩膜嵴高度术后 3个月变化不大。术后 3个月共聚物及明胶片分别吸收 8.2 %及 10 .2 % ,组织学观察无明显炎症反应。结论 磷酸酯—碳酸酯共聚物弹性体及明胶片作为巩膜外填充物均使用安全、效果可靠。
Objective To find new absorbable synthetic materials used in retinal detachment surgery.Methods Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were created in 40 rabbits,then they underwent scleral buckling procedures with phosphate-carbonate copolymer or gelatin implants.The buckle height after the operation were measured with B-scan and the eyes were enucleated for histopathological examinations in regular intervals.The degradation of two materials in vivo were investigated in another 10 rabbits respectively.Results The retina was successfully attached in all rabbits without any local complications.The amount of buckle height postopearation is almost not changed during the initial 3 months.Phosphate-carbonate copolymer implant was absosbed by 8.2% at the end of 3 months,and gelatin by 10.2%.Histopathological examination showed no apparent inflammation in the area of the buckle.Conclusions Phosphate-carbonate copolymer and gelatin implants were effective and safe in the treatment of retinal detachment.
