摘要
目的 探讨全气液交换与单注气不做全气液交换情况下的玻璃体切割联合注 C3F8治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的手术效果。方法 对 73例 75眼黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离玻切联合环扎及注 C3F8的病例进行 3月～ 2年随访 ,其中一组病人术中采用全气液交换 (简称全气液交换组 ) ,另一组病人采用高浓度单纯注 C3F8(简称单注组 )。结果 全气液交换组治愈率 90 .6 % ,单注组治愈率 6 6 .7%。二组术后视力均有提高 ,全气液交换组视力提高明显。但二组术后视力比较统计学上无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 全气液交换在玻切及注 C3F8治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离中运用 ,大大提高了手术治愈率 ,全气液交换可能参加了其中某些因素 ,术后视功能的恢复与裂孔的大小和网脱范围等多种因素有关。
Objective To evaluate surgery of retinal detachment due to macular hole treated with complete gas-fluid exchange and or gas (C 3F 8)injection after Vitrectomy.Methods 75 eyes of 73 cases of retinal detachment with macular hole were treated with vitrectomy,encircling and C 3F 8 injection or complete gas-fluid exchange+C 3F 8 injection.Result The Cure rate of group 1(vitrectomy+gas-fluid exchange+C 3F 8 injection) was 66.7%.Visual acuity of group 1 improved more than group 2,but without statistic significance (P>0 05).Conclusion The Surgery cure rate of retinal detachment due to macular hole was increases significantly after treatment with complete gas-fluid exchange combining vitrectomy and C 3F 8 injection.Complete gas-fluid exchange did work to some extent.Improvemet of Visual acuity after operation related with the size of the hole and size of retinal detachment.
