摘要
应用新概念全身性炎症反应综合征(SIRS)重新认识婴儿闷热综合征。回顾性总结分析1990年1月～1998年12月我院急诊科、儿科收住的165例闷热综合征患儿,依据Handen修订的SIRS诊断标准和发展阶段,参照朱缘绮等提出的临床分期进行分析,并对早期干预组作对照讨论。结果全部闷热综合征患儿均符合SIRS诊断标准,其转归与SIRS分期有相关性。结果提示,SIRS是闷热综合征病理过程的实质,早期干预可显著降低死亡率。
Use new conceptual SIRS to re - explain infant muggy syndrome. Retrospectively summarized and analyzed 165 infants,who suffered from muggy syndrome in the acute faculty and the Pediabrics of our hospital from January, 1990 to December,1998. According to the diagnostic standard and developing phase of SIRS revised by Handen, Vefering to the Clinical stage suggested by Zhu Lugi, We Performed analysis and cross -refering diseussion on early treatment group. Au the infants suffering from muggy syndrome were agreeable with the diagnostic standard. The result was correlatiue to the stage of SIRS. SIRS is the core of the Pathological Proeers of muggy syndrome. The mortality can be greatly reduced by intefere it early.
