摘要
目的 评价应用改良菱形皮瓣修复皮肤缺损的效果。方法 自 1994年 3月以来 ,我们应用改良菱形皮瓣修复面部、躯干及肢体皮肤缺损 32例 ,其中缺损位于鼻尖及鼻翼者 18例 ,上唇者 5例 ,面颊部者 6例 ,腹部、臀连大腿外侧及前臂者各 1例。缺损面积最小者 0 .5cm× 0 .7cm ,最大者 8cm× 10cm。结果 术后除 1例皮瓣尖端表皮坏死外 ,其余均完全成活 ,切口Ⅰ期愈合 ,美容效果满意。结论 应用改良菱形皮瓣修复皮肤缺损 ,简单易行 ,效果可靠 ,尤其适用于面部面积不大但又不能直接缝合的创面修复。
Objective To evaluate the result of using modified rhomboid flap for repair of skin defect. Methods Since March 1994, Modified rhomboid flaps have been used to repair skin defects of the face, trunk and limb following excision of nevus, scars and basal cell cracinoma in 32 patients. The skin defects were on a variety of areas, including tip and ala of nose (n=18), upper lip(n=5), cheek(n=6), abdomen (n=1), buttock(n=1) and forearm(n=1). The smallest defect was 0.5cm×0.7cm, and the largest 8cm×10cm. Results After operation, all flaps survived with primary healing, and the cosmetic results were satisfactory. Conclusion It is a simple, safe and reliable method to use the modified rhomboid flap for repair of skin defects, particularly for the face skin defects which are small yet can not be sutured directly.
