摘要
对2009~2011年上海口岸进出境化妆品的卫生状况进行调查,研究化妆品中微生物的种群及其生化共性。采用《化妆品卫生规范》(2007版)及ISO 18415:2007(E)《化妆品-微生物学-指定菌和非指定菌检测》中规定的方法进行检测,结果发现,在31 460份样品中,菌落数含量≥10CFU/g(mL)的样品有68份,检出率为0.22%。其中超过限量标准范围的样品39批,不合格率为0.12%。进出口化妆品中的检出率最高的细菌为需氧芽孢杆菌,占42.4%,其次为假单胞菌属和葡萄球菌属细菌,未检出指定的致病微生物。生化聚类分析显示低营养要求和防腐剂耐受的细菌易在化妆品中定殖并影响产品质量。
To evaluate the sanitary conditions of cosmetics imported and exported from Shanghai during 2009 to 2011, the mi- croorganism population and their biochemical similarity in unqualified samples were analyzed according to Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics (2007 edition) and ISO 18415 : 2007(E) Cosrnetics-Microbiology-Detection of Specified and Non-specified Mi- croorganisms. The results showed that, in 31 460 samples, 68 were detected with bacteria, among which 39 were fail to meet the standard. Aerobic spore-former bacteria was mostly found in cosmetics, followed by pseudomonad and staphylococcus. No pathogen was detected. Microorganism with low nutrient requirements and preservative tolerance may cause the contamination and affect the sanitary conditions of cosmetics.
