摘要
目的 探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 50例采用中医辨证施治 ,随机选择 4 9例作为对照组采用常规治疗。 3个月后比较两组的有效率。结果 治疗组 :痊愈率4 6.0 % ,显效率 2 2 .0 % ,好转率 16.0 % ,总有效率达 84 .0 % ;而对照组 :痊愈率 2 6.5% ,显效率 14.3% ,好转率 12 .2 % ,总有效率 53.1% ,两组比较差异有显著性。结论 西医诊断加中医辨证施治可大大提高治疗效果 ,达到治愈和缓解病情之目的。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Henach-schonlein nephritis treatment by means of combining traditional and western medicine.Method Fifty patients were treated with traditional medicine therapy,49 patients were selected as control group and given routine therapy.Three months after,the effectiveness was compared among the two groups.Result The cure rate,significant effective rate,getting better rate,total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were respective:46.0% and 26.5%,22.0% and 14.3%,16.0% and 12.2%,84.0% and 53.1%.There were signficant differens between two group in all these indexes.Conclusion Combining mordern medical diagnosis and traditional medicine therapy can improve clinical efficacy greathyin henach-schonlein purpura nephritis treatment.
