摘要
目的 :研究由聚醚醚酮复合材料制成的螺柱状颈椎融合器在颈前路融合术中的作用。方法 :选择 5 6例单节段脊髓型颈椎病患者。均行单节段前路环锯减压 ,试验组 14例行颈椎融合器植入 ,原位自体碎骨片充填。对照组 42例取自体髂骨移植。结果 :术后 3月X线平片检查试验组手术节段椎间高度增加 (1.2± 0 .7)mm ,而对照组降低 (1.5±0 .8)mm ;结论 :由聚醚醚酮复合材料制成的颈椎融合器具有良好的生物相容性 ,能有效地恢复颈椎高度 ,促进颈椎融合。
Objective: To study the long term effect of cervical spinal structure after anterior decompression and fussion with surgical therapy.Methods:Studies were carried out and 56 cases were involved in this investigation.All cases were dealt with anterior multiple cervical decompression.14 cases in test group received autogenous bone graft after the interbody space were distracted with a special device and followed with a cervical plate internal fixation.42 cases in control group received bone graft from iliac for interveterbral fussion.The interbody space and arc of cervical spine were measured in X-ray plain film.Results:The interbody space height of fussion segment were 6mm higher than preoperatively and maintain one year later.But the interbody space height in control group were lower than the preoperatively.Conclusion:Anterior multiple segmental cervical decompression.and interbody fussion with anterior plate internal fixation is an effective method to increase and to maintain the cervical interveterbral space height.
