摘要
目的:探讨帕罗西汀治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症患者的综合护理干预方法及效果。方法:将120例糖尿病并发抑郁症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组在糖尿病常规治疗基础上给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组治疗前后FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、HAMD评分及并发症发生率。结果:两组治疗前后FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c、HAMD评分及并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对帕罗西汀治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症患者实施综合护理干预,可降低其血糖水平,缓解抑郁症状,提高生活质量。
Objective： To investigate the methods and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic patients complicated with depression by drug therapy of Paroxetine.Methods： 120 diabetic patients complicated with depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（60 cases in each group）.The patients in the control group received extra drug therapy of Paroxetine based on routine treatment;the patients in the observation group were provided comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the treatment in the control group.FBG,2-hour PG,HbA1c,HAMD scores and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of FBG,2 hour PG,HbA1c,HAMD scores and incidence of complications between the two groups before and after the treatment（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention can lower the level of blood glucose and alleviate depressive symptoms of the patients so as to improve their quality of life.
