摘要
结合在呼和浩特铁路局参与施工的更新改造工程项目的实际情况,对铁路工程施工成本管理进行了探索,分析了有效控制铁路工程施工成本的措施,以期通过科学管理的方法,提高施工项目的盈利水平。
Combining with the fact of the renewal and modification engineering program in which Huhhot Railway Bureau was involved,the paper explores the cost management of the railway construction,analyzes the measures to have the effective control over the construction cost of the railway projects,so as to improve the profitability of the construction program by the scientific management.
