摘要
本文从可持续发展的角度讨论了西部大开发中存在的资源与环境问题 ,指出水是制约西部特别是西北经济发展的最重要因素 ,要保证西部经济的可持续发展 ,一定要从生态环境的保护与治理着手 ,注重水资源的保护与可持续利用。
Resources utilization and environmental protection are very important in the development of West China. Water is the most important factor for economic development and for sustainable development, therefore eco environment should be improved, water resources should be protected, and used in sustainable way.
