摘要
结合对质量管理体系的管理运行和项目施工质量监控、检查的实践经验,分析了消除质量通病的预防和纠正措施实施不到位的主要原因,并提出了具体的应对措施,以供参考。
Combining with the practice experience of management operation, project construction quality supervision, inspection to quality management system, this paper analyzed to eliminate the main causes of implementation not in place to eliminate quality common fault prevention and correction measures, and put forward specific measures for reference.
