Direction-Finding Precision Comparison Between Monopulse Amplitude Comparison and Interferometer in Array System

摘要 数字阵列系统通过对每通道信号单独采集,运用灵活的数字信号处理方法易于采用多种方法实现相同的系统功能。针对数字阵列条件下不同测向方法比较问题,分析比较了单脉冲比幅测向和干涉仪测向的最优测向精度。通过分析不同测向方法的最优测向精度、阵列增益和单元增益之间的关系,推导出了数字阵列条件下两种测向精度的对比结果。结果表明:当天线单元数目与阵列合成损耗之比小于8时,干涉仪具有更优的测向精度;反之,单脉冲比幅具有更优的测向精度。 With sampling signals in each channel and flexible digital signal processing, the digital array system can realize the same function with different methods. For the comparison between different directionfinding methods in digital array, the optimal direction-finding precisions of monopulse amplitude comparison and interferometer are analyzed and compared. The results of direction-finding precision comparison between monopulse amplitude comparison and interferometer in digital array is given by analyzing each method individually and the relationship between array gain and element gain. The results show that interferometer has better direction-finding precision than monopulse amplitude comparison when the ratio of antenna number and combination loss is less than eight, otherwise, the latter has better performance.
