摘要
目的：探讨参苓白术散联合培菲康治疗胃肠肿瘤术后化疗所致腹泻的临床疗效。方法：选取本院及广东省农垦中心医院2008~2011年收治、化疗后发生腹泻的胃肠肿瘤术后患者88例，随机分为三组，对照组29例采用常规西药治疗，中药组29例采用参苓白术散辨证治疗，联合组30例在中药组的基础上加用培菲康；比较三组药物的临床有效率和各组患者治前后症状、体征改善率。结果：对照组、中药组、联合组三组药物的l临床有效率分别为69％、79．3％、93．3％；对照组、中药组、联合组三组患者的临床症状、体征改善率分别为：56．5％、66．3％、93．4％；各评价指标均为依次升高，且组与组之间差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论：参苓白术散联合培菲康治疗胃肠肿瘤术后化疗所致腹泻可显著改善患者，临床症状、体征，，临床疗效显著，具有较高的，临床推广价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of gastrointestinal tumor after chemotherapy induceddiarrhea by Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Bifico. Methods： 88 cases with diarrhea induced by gastrointestinal tumor postoperative chemotherapy were chosen and randomly divided into three groups; 29 patients of control group were treated with routine modem medicine, and 29 patients of Chinese medicine group were treated with with Shenling Baizhu powder, while 30 cases of joint group were treated with Bifico capsule on the basis of Shenling Baizhu powder; The clinical efficient and patient symptom recovery rate were compared between each other after cure period. Results： The medicine clinical effective rate of the control group, Chinese medicine group, and joint group was 69%, 79.3%, and 93.3% respectively; And the patient symptom recovery rate of the control group, Chinese medicine group, joint group was 56.5%, 66.3%, 93.4% respectively; In order of above groups, each index was in a increasing trend and significantly different between group and group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Bifico can significantly improve the patient symptom recovery rate and clinical curative effect which has a high clinical value for the diarrhea caused by gastrointestinal tumor postoperative chemotherapy.
