摘要
目的:探讨正天丸治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法:120例颈源性头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用正天丸联合氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组60例采用单用氟桂利嗪治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率95%;对照组总有效率78%。治疗组治疗效果明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:正天丸治疗颈源性头痛临床疗效好,使用方便,无明显不良反应,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect on treating adolescent cervicogenic headache with the Zhengtian pills. Methods： 120 patients with adolescent cervicogenic headache were divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The treated group was treated by Zhengtian pills combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, while the control group was treated by Zhengtian pill only. Both groups were treated four weeks. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group and control group was 95% and 78%, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhengtian pills has a good therapeutic effect on patients with adolescent cervicogenic headache, and it worthy of widespread clinical application.
