摘要
随着西部大开发战略的实施 ,遵照国家对西部开发方针精神 ,开发柴达木的关键应是大力退耕还林还草 ,加强生态环境保护与建设力度是重中之重。为此 ,本文较为详细论述了柴达木生态环境脆弱的特征与原因 。
Caidam Region not only has rich resources, but also has fragile ecological environment. With the implementation of the strategy of developing the west China, the key to develop Caidam Region lies in strenghtening the ecological environment protection and construction. For this reason, the environment characteristics of Caidam region and the reasons forming its fragile ecological evironment are analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasures for the ecological environment protection and construction are put forward.
