摘要
加入WTO是中国改革与发展的重要转折。中国加入WTO对于全国经济中心城市———上海的发展 ,提供了强大的外部动力 ,同时 ,对于加速培育上海市在世界经济活动中的作用和地位 ,提供了机遇和挑战。本文认为 ,上海市要建设国际经济中心城市 ,必须关注城市产业结构调整、城市功能完善和城市区域空间布局之间的内在关联 ,并就这三个方面提出了相应的战略对策和举措。
Entering WTO is an important transition for China, and brings great external impetus to Shanghai, provides Shanghai the advantages and challenges to accelerating the process to develop an international economic center. This paper raises that the development strategy should pay attention to regulating the industrial structure, perfecting the urban function, and integrating the regional space layout .
