以家庭为中心的护理对哮喘患儿疗效及家长满意度的影响 被引量：18

摘要 目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理对哮喘患儿疗效及家长满意度的影响。方法:将100例哮喘患儿按照入院顺序进行编号,奇数为观察组,偶数为对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用以家庭为中心的护理。比较两组的治疗效果及家长对护理质量的满意度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组家长在服务态度、技术水平、健康宣教、关爱患儿、心理支持五个方面的护理质量满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的护理能够显著增强家长对疾病的认识和护理能力,提高哮喘患儿的临床疗效和家长的满意度。
