摘要
配电网可靠性管理措施的推行是提高配电网可靠性水平的重要途径。通过对配电网可靠性指标的分解及影响指标因素进行了详细分析,给出了影响配电网停电次数、单次停电时间和停电范围等各种因素,并针对这些因素,给出了相应的应对措施,从而达到改善配电网可靠性水平的目的。这些措施对各局提高可靠性水平具有相当现实的指导意义。
