摘要
目的观察痛泻宁颗粒联合氟西汀、培菲康治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的效果。方法将符合诊断标准的74例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各37例,对照组给予痛泻宁颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氟西汀、培菲康治疗。结果两组治疗后总有效率分别为70.27%和91.89%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组SAS、SDS评分下降均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痛泻宁颗粒联合氟西汀、培菲康可有效改善腹泻型肠易激综合征的症状及患者的不良情绪,且不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tongxiening combined with fluoxetine and bifico in the treat ment of patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 74 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,with 37 patients in each group,patients in control group only received tongxiening,while patients of treatment group received fluoxetine and bifico on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of control group was 70.27%,and 91.89% of treatment group,compared to control group,the clinical symptoms of treatment group increased significantly（P＆lt;0.05）;the SAS,SDS scores decline evidently in the treatment group compared with the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of tongxiening granules combined with fluoxetine and bifico can improve symptoms of patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome,can improve the dys emotion of patients and decrease adverse events,it is safe and worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
