摘要
目的观察从阳虚体质论治功能性不孕症的临床疗效和安全性。方法本研究共纳入67例功能性不孕症病例,观察暖宫汤治疗功能性不孕症的疗效及其不良反应。结果 67例患者总治愈率为68.7%,未发现明显不良反应。结论从阳虚体质论治功能性不孕症具有一定的优势,为中医辨体论治提供了临床依据。
Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of treating functional infertility from yang deficiency constitution.Methods 67 patients with functional infertility were selected aiming at observing the curative effects and adverse reactions of nuangong decoction in the treatment of functional infertility.Results The total cure rate was 68.7% without obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Treating functional infertility from yang deficiency constitution has some advantages,which provides the clinical basis for research of constitutional differentiation and treatment.
