摘要
目的观察炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法 62例秋季腹泻患儿按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=30)给予常规补液、纠正脱水及电解质紊乱等治疗,观察组(n=32)在此治疗基础上采用炎琥宁治疗5～7d,观察两组患儿粪便性状、腹泻次数及全身症状的变化。结果观察组总有效率为87.50%(28/32),对照组总有效率为66.67%(20/30),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of dehydroandrographolide succinate in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.Methods 62 children with infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group（n=30） was given conventional fluid infusion,and dehydration and electrolyte imbalance correction treatment;the observation group（n=32） was given dehydroandrographolide succinate for 5-7 days on the basis of the control group,the changes of stool characteristics and diarrhea frequency and systemic symptoms were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 87.50%（28/32） and that was 66.67%（20/30） in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Dehydroandrographolide succinate is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea,is worthy of promotion.
