摘要
目的探讨联合使用透明质酸钠和复方倍他米松关节腔注射治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法 64例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,联合组32例,在第1周采用透明质酸钠2ml和复方倍他米松1ml进行膝关节腔内注射,以后4周则单独注射透明质酸钠2ml,每周1次。对照组32例,膝关节腔内注入透明质酸钠2ml,每周1次,连续5周。两组均随访3个月。结果用药5周后至停药后3个月,联合组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率为78.13%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠和复方倍他米松联用与单用透明质酸钠治疗类风湿关节炎均有疗效,但前者治疗效果更优。
Objective To discuss the rapeutic effect of intraarticular injection of hyaluronate sodium andcompound betamethasone in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 64 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,including 32 cases in combined treatment group,who were injected intraarticularly both 2 ml hyaluronate sodium and 1 ml compound betamethasone at the first week,but only 2 ml hyaluronate sodium was injected,once a week in the following four weeks and 32 cases in control group,who were treated with 2ml hyaluronate sodium once a week for 5 consecutive weeks.The two groups were followed up for 3 months.Results The overall effective rate were 90.63% and 78.13% in the combined treatment group and the control group respectively,5 weeks after administration and 3 months after withdrawal.There was statistical difference between groups in the treatment outcome（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The combination of hyaluronate sodium and compound betamethasone and hyaluronate sodium alone for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis can present effectiveness but the former is superior to the latter.
