摘要
目的探讨间苯三酚联合缩宫素对产程的影响。方法选择2012年7月～2013年1月在本院生产的初产妇84例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组44例应用间苯三酚联合缩宫素处理,对照组40例应用缩宫素处理。观察两组产妇第一、二、三产程、总产程及新生儿、产妇结局情况。结果①观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第三产程短于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②两组产钳助产率、新生儿评分及产后2h出血情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组剖宫产率比较,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合缩宫素能明显改善产妇产程,减少剖宫产,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of phloroglucin and oxytocin on birth process.Methods 84 primiparas from July 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group（44 cases） was given phloroglucin and oxytocin,the control group（40 cases） was given oxytocin treatment.The time of first,second and third stage,the total time of birth process,outcomes of newborn and pregnant woman were observed.Results ① The first,second stage and total time of birth process of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P＆lt;0.05）,the time of third stage of observation group was lower than control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P＆gt;0.05）.②The difference of forceps delivery rate,postpartum 2 h hemorrhage and neonatal score between two groups had no statistical significance（P＆gt;0.05）,the rate of cesarean section in observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Phloroglucin and oxytocin can obviously improve the labor process,decrease the rate of cesarean section,is worthy of application.
