摘要
目的研究小儿哮喘发病的特点,并分析布地奈德吸入辅助治疗小儿哮喘的效果。方法选取2011年3月～2013年3月在本院进行治疗的小儿哮喘患者79例,按治疗方式不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采取常规抗哮喘治疗;治疗组在常规抗哮喘治疗的基础上,加用布地奈德吸入治疗,用量根据患儿的具体年龄而定。比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果经过24h治疗,治疗组患儿憋喘消失时间、湿啰音消失时间和肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组咳嗽、咳痰消失时间也短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德辅助治疗小儿哮喘,能有效提高肺功能,且起效快,效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the characteristics of asthma attack in children and analyze the clinical effects of budesonide inhalation as an adjuvant therapy for the treatment.Methods 79 children with asthma accepted treatment in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected.Based on different therapeutic methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,the conventional anti-asthma with oxygen was provided,while in the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,inhalation of budesonide was added.The dosage was given according to the specific age of the children.The effect of two groups were compared.Results After 24 h treatment,the disappearance time of chest depression and panting,moist rales and lung wheezing in the treatment group were shorter compared with those in the control group with statistical differences（P＆lt;0.01）.Meanwhile,the dis appearance time of cough and sputum in the treatment group was shorter,which displayed a significant difference（P＆lt; 0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of children asthma,budesonide inhalation can effectively improve lung function and comprehensive curative effects at the advantages of quick onset of effect and obvious efficacy,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
