摘要
:目的 观察针刺对骨折家兔血清睾酮和雌二醇影响。方法 将健康雄性家兔 36只造成左侧桡骨中段 3mm骨缺损模型 ,术后随机分为针刺组和对照组 ,观察各组不同周次的血清睾酮和雌二醇变化。结果 除第 1周雌二醇外 ,其余不同周次组间比较 ,均有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of acupuncture on testosterone and estradiol in rabbits with fracture. METHODS In 36 male rabbits, 3mm defects in the left radius were caused. After the operation, the rabbits were divided randomly into two groups. The changes of the contents of testosterone and estradiol were observed every week. RESULTS There were statistical differences between the groups except the content of estradiol in the first week (P<0.05 or 0.01). CONCLUSION The fact that acupuncture can help the healing of fracture might be related to sex hormone.
